Meet Becky
THE VISIONARY BEHIND UDEN PILATES
Becky first discovered Pilates when struggling to recover from a snowboarding accident in 2008. As an active and ambitious Londoner, she set out to regain her strength, mobility and flexibility so that she could start moving her body with ease again.
But that’s not all it did. As well as accelerating her immediate recovery, Becky also uncovered the emotional and spiritual transformation of introducing Pilates into her everyday life. The new sense of clarity was so empowering that it saw Becky wave goodbye to her digital media office job and embark on a journey to share her passion with people across London and beyond.
Today, Becky is a fully-certified instructor holding a full comprehensive classical certification on all apparatus with Holly Murray at Pi , and contemporary qualifications for Mat, prenatal and postnatal with Joanne Cobbe at JPilates. With a community of passionate clients ranging from teenagers to those in their 80s, her mission of transforming lives through the power of Pilates is still just as strong as the day she started.
Meet The Team
Isaura Rushton
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Isaura’s Pilates journey started from a lifelong love of dance, choreography and a desire to help people to feel good about themselves and their bodies. Her background in ballet and contemporary dance lead her to qualify with the prestigious JPilates in Mat based Pilates in 2019 and Reformer Pilates shortly after. From here she went straight into teaching group and 1-1 sessions.
Isaura strives to empower people by helping them to rediscover the joy of movement, regain their independence and move pain free. Since qualifying she has worked with a range of people with a range of injuries and neurological disorders (MS/CFS/Fibromyalgia). This drives her continual study and journey of discovery to greater understand the human body.
What you can expect in a session with Isaura..
Isaura designs Pilates classes with exploration of the body’s capabilities and functional movement patterns in mind. Her calm and friendly approach creates a safe environment for people to comfortably create a healthy connection with body, mind and movement.
Zhana Leeson
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Practising Pilates for over a decade, Zhana was originally introduced to The Method after experiencing pain from a herniated disc. She was quickly hooked and it became her retreat from London life. However, it wasn't until she relocated to Amsterdam that she certified as a Pilates teacher. Life has brought her back to the UK where she continues to teach, share her passion, and further her knowledge of both classical and contemporary Pilates.

Our studio uses classical apparatus, to help you move with precision and control. Whether you are recovering from an injury, starting out, or a seasoned practitioner, Uden Pilates is here to challenge, celebrate and nourish your being through every chapter of life. You’ll work on Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels & Mat - and there’s different training options to suit your needs.

Becky Uden Virtual Studio
The Uden Pilates virtual studio is a place for you to carve out time for yourself in your daily life. Through sessions as short as 10 minutes and as long as an hour, this online library of classes gives you the ability to move your body whenever and wherever you want to. Plus, with prenatal and postnatal specialised classes, there’s something for everyone – regardless of age, experience or ability.
